INGREDIENTS:
1 can fruit cocktail, well drained
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup diced apple
½ cup chopped walnuts
Mix these together then mix the following together to make the sauce:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Pour the sauce over the fruit, mix well, and chill.
This fruit salad is the perfect light meal on a hot day or it goes great with spicier foods!
